Conference Social Events

One month until conference week! We wanted to take a few minutes to let you all know about some of the evening events going on during the conference.

Paint Night, Wednesday, March 16th 8:00 pm: Put down the course catalog and pick up a paint brush - it's time for Paint Night! Have you always wanted to try your hand at painting but never had the chance? Under the tutelage of seasoned painter and longtime NACADA member Sandy Waters (Old Dominion University), you'll receive step-by-step instruction and leave with a one-of-a-kind creation. All supplies will be provided. No charge, but donations to support the conference's chosen Penny Wars charity are requested and will be collected at the door. Space is limited. RSVP here!

Group Dinners, Wednesday, March 16th and Thursday, March 17th, Various times: Travelling alone to the conference? Looking for an easy way to meet people? Sign up for a group dinner! Stop by the Hospitality Table to sign up for a dinner nearby with other conference attendees! Space is limited, come by early!

St. Patrick's Day Pub Trivia Night, Thursday, March 17th, 7:00 pm: Wear your green and come out to the Patuxent Room to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and do some trivia! Join the Hospitality Co-Chairs for their Thursday night social from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Light snacks will be provided and drinks can be purchased at the hotel bar. Want to win a prize?
